  1. I was asked a number of years ago to make a proposal on an RFP from NASA. We lost out to another company. We were told their knowledge of IP over Satellite was key to their win. There was NO mention of IP Over Satellite mentioned in the RFP. Go Figure.

    The lesson to be learned here is:
    This MUST be good stuff to know.
