Your compensation is comprised of multiple components, making up a full package of benefits which includes an honorarium payment for teaching, travel and lodging expenses, and per diem. Payment The following expenses are allowed for reimbursement:   Your Short Course Instructor Agreement (contract), which lists the exact payment terms for the course, will arrive 4-6 weeks following final confirmation of your course at an ATI event. Your honorarium and expense reimbursement will be mailed from ATI headquarters approximately 1 week after we have received your expense report and supporting documents. It is important that you return your signed agreement form along with the completed reimbursement form and copies of receipts. ATI cannot pay you without a signed instructor agreement. If you are a first-time instructor for ATI, you will also need to submit an IRS W-9 form before we can issue payment. Make Your Own Reservations Course instructors are requested to make their own reservations for both airfare and lodging. ATI cannot guarantee accommodations for you but we generally have arrangements with the hotel or facility holding your course and include this information with your logistics information. If you are an AAA and/or AARP member, please mention it when making your reservations.
