At a media event hosted by NASA Goddard on July 28, 2011 at 9AM, it was announced that the space shuttle Atlantis will deliver Robotic Refueling Mission (RRM) to the international Space Station. The station has a two-armed robotic system for performing intricate mainanance in space. The system was built by Canadian Space Agency and is named Dextre (Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator).  The other highlights of the media conference were Goddard’s Exploration and Space Communications area that provides tracking, data & voice communications for every shuttle mission.
