ATI's Fundamentals of Link 16 / JTIDS / MIDS course

Summary:

    The Fundamentals of Link 16 / JTIDS / MIDS is a comprehensive two-day course designed to give the student a thorough understanding of every aspect of Link 16 both technical and tactical. The course is designed to support both military and industry and does not require any previous experience or exposure to the subject matter. The course comes with one-year followon support, which entitles the student to contact the instructor with course related questions for one year after course completion.

Instructor:

    Patrick Pierson is president of Network Centric Solutions, a Tactical Data Link and Network Centric consulting, training, and software development company with offices in the U.S. and U.K.. Patrick has more than 22 years of operational experience, and is internationally recognized as Tactical Data Link and Network Centric subject matter expert. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the International Data Link Society (IDLSoc) and is the chairman of the IDLSoc Training Committee. Patrick has designed more than one-dozen Tactical Data Link training courses and personally trains hundreds of students every year.
