      Riva, Maryland 21140

What are the hours for the seminars?

Most seminars are from 8:30am - 4:00pm . Registration and continental breakfast begin at 8:15am.

How do I find out the cost of the tuition for a public seminar?

The tuition for most seminars are listed on our website at http://www.aticourses.com/, or you can call 410-956-8805 or toll free at 1-888-501-2100, or email us at ATIcourses@ATIcourses.com

How do I pay for the tuition of a seminar I want to take?

Payment maybe made by check, credit card (VISA or Master Card), company purchase order, U.S. Government purchase order (DD1556), cash or traveler's check. Your payment must be received on or before the first day of the seminar. Walk-in payments are discouraged but will be accepted. You must call to let us know you are coming prior to the start of the seminar, so that we can provide you with the material you will need to attend the seminar. Checks should be made payable to Applied Technology Institute. Tuition, seminar materials, and refreshments are included in the fee.

Do you offer multiple enrollment discounts?

When three or more people attend from one company, we offer a $100 per person discount for 2, 3 and 4 day courses and $50 per person for a one day course. We do ask that you please indicate the discount qualification at the time you register to assure the proper reduced fee is charged.

What should I do if I am interested in a course that is not listed in your current schedule?

Some courses are only given once per year. Call 410-956-8805 or toll free at 1-888-501-2100 or email us at ATIcourses@ATIcourses.com to let us know you are interested in specific course. ATI can develop new courses tailored to your needs if a group of 10 or more students are interested in a specific course. We have a team of experts that will be able to meet your requirements.

How will I know if my registration is confirmed?

All registrations will be confirmed via email if received at least two business days prior to the start of the course. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our Registrar to make sure we have received your registration. Please Do Not go to a seminar without receiving either a written or verbal confirmation as occasionally we must reschedule hotel locations because of conflicts. Call 410-956-8805 or toll free at 1-888-501-2100.

When is the last day I can register for a seminar?

Two weeks prior to the start date we must make a determination on whether or not we have the minimum number of people enrolled to hold the course. Occasionally we cancel a course at that time. So, although it's perfectly okay to call us up to the day before the course to register, it's in your own best interest to let us know as soon as possible. If everyone who was interested called up the day before, it may have already been cancelled. Our on-line pre-registration is no obligation. Please DO NOT go to a seminar without checking the availability with our Registrar at 888-501-2100.

Do you provide Continuing Education Units?

Yes! ATI is certified to award Continuing Education Units - nationally recognized standard units of measurement earned for satisfactory completion of qualified programs of continuing education. Most of our current programs qualify for CEUs.

What is the appropriate dress for the seminar?

It's business casual. Room temperatures may vary - so you might want to bring a sweater or a jacket.

Will I be able to stay in touch with the office or home during a seminar?

We schedule regular breaks in every training session so you'll have plenty of time to call the office or home. Of course our registrar or hotel personnel will take messages for you or notify you of an emergency.

Where should I stay while I'm attending the seminar?

For your convenience we reserve a block of rooms at the hotel in which the seminar is being held. Hotel information, including the telephone number for making reservation, and the address of the hotel, will be sent with your confirmation letter. To assure that space is available at the hotel where the course is being held, it is best to make your reservations at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Please note that housing and meals are not included in the registration fee.

What about parking and lunch?

To keep our costs down, we ask that you make your own arrangements for lunch and parking. Lunch breaks are at least 1 hour.

Are ATI seminars available for on-site training?

Yes, and doing so will significantly reduce your training costs. Our on-site learning is designed to meet your organization's specific needs. We can provide site-specific instructions and will gladly accommodate your organization's work schedule. Additional information is available at http://www.aticourses.com/site.htm. .

How do I find out the cost for an on-site seminar?

Call 410-956-8805 or toll free at 1-888-501-2100 and we will give you complete information, including the price for a seminar to be presented at your facility. The prices do vary according to the length of the course and the number of attending students.

Do you offer seminars outside the Washington, DC area?

We do offer our public seminars all over the United States and our on-site seminars can be presented at any location in or outside the United States. If we know there is interest, ATI will be happy to schedule either a public or on-site course in your area.

What if I register for a seminar, and then find out I can not attend?

You may send someone in your place, just have your replacement let our registrar know as soon as possible before the start of the seminar. If you should need to change at the last minute, just have your replacement notify the registration desk on the first morning of the seminar.

What should I do if I need to cancel?

We ask to be notified 2 weeks prior to the seminar start.

What is your refund policy?
