How do I enroll?

We’ve provided you with five easy ways to enroll.

What are the hours for the seminars?

Most seminars are from 8:30am – 4:30pm. 

How much does tuition cost?

The tuition for most seminars is listed on our website at https://aticourses.com/, or you can call 410-956-8805 or 888-501-2100, or email us at ati@aticourses.com

How do I pay?

Payment maybe made by:

  • Check
  • All major credit cards (AMEX, VISA, Master Card, Discover) – payments can now be made directly into the registration system
  • Company purchase order
  • U.S. Government purchase order (SF182)
  • Traveler’s check
  • Cash

Your payment must be received on or before the first day of the seminar. Walk-in payments are discouraged but will be accepted with prior arrangement. Checks should be made payable to Applied Technology Institute. Tuition, seminar materials are included in the fee.

Multiple enrollments:

When three or more people attend from one company attend a course, we offer a $100 per person discount for 2, 3, 4, or 5-day courses and $50 per person for a 1-day course. We do ask that you please indicate the discount qualification at the time you register to assure the proper reduced fee is charged.

Courses not listed on current schedule:

Some courses are only given once per year or as an On-sites. Call 410-956-8805 or 888-501-2100 or email us at ati@aticourses.com to let us know you are interested in a specific course. ATI can tailor a course for your needs, if you have a group of 10 or more. We have a team of experts that will be able to meet your requirements.

Registration confirmation:

All registrations will be confirmed via email if received at least two business days prior to the start of the course. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our Registrar to make sure we have received your registration. Please Do Not go to a seminar without receiving either a written or verbal confirmation as occasionally we must reschedule hotel locations because of conflicts. Call 410-956-8805 or 888-501-2100.

Last day to register:

Two weeks prior to the start date we must make a determination on whether we have a sufficient number of people enrolled to hold the course. Occasionally we cancel a course at that time. Although we welcome even late registrations, it is best to let us know your interest in a course as soon as possible. If everyone who was interested called up the day before, it may have already been cancelled. Registrations are not obligations until 2 weeks prior to a course. Please DO NOT go to a seminar without first checking with our Registrar at 410-956-8805 / 888-501-2100.

Do you provide Continuing Education Units (CEU)?

Yes! ATI is certified to award Continuing Education Units – nationally recognized standard units of measurement earned for satisfactory completion of qualified programs of continuing education. Most of our current programs qualify for CEUs.

How are CEUs calculated?

One CEU is defined as ten contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience. A CEU can be awarded in whole units or fractions of a unit (one-tenth unit) for each additional contact hour.

What types of events may be approved to award CEUs?

All non-credit courses, workshops, conferences and seminars that are designed to expand the skills and knowledge of professionals, are eligible for Continuing Education Units CEUs). CEUs may be awarded to any of the following:

  • Non-credit classes, clinics, independent study programs, online courses, and TV or videotaped programs used as part of an organized education experience.
  • Non-credit technical and professional courses.
  • In-service training programs.
  • Programs that will fulfill certificate or licensing requirements.
  • Programs falling within a “technical/industrial society” sponsored by the university, enabling members to upgrade their technical or occupational credentials.
  • Paraprofessional and vocational training programs.
  • Staff development programs.

What is the appropriate dress for the seminar?

It’s business casual. Room temperatures may vary – so you might want to bring a sweater or a jacket.

Will I be able to stay in touch with the office or home during a seminar?

We schedule regular breaks in every training session so you’ll have plenty of time to call the office or home. 

Where should I stay while I’m attending the seminar?

For your convenience we reserve a block of rooms at the hotel in which the seminar is being held. Hotel information, including the telephone number for making reservation, and the address of the hotel, will be sent with your confirmation letter. To assure that space is available at the hotel where the course is being held, it is best to make your reservations at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Please note that housing and meals are not included in the registration fee.

What about parking and lunch?

We ask that you make your own arrangements for lunch. Lunch breaks are at least 1 hour. 

Are ATI seminars available for on-site training?

Yes, and doing so will significantly reduce your training costs. Our on-site learning is designed to meet your organization’s specific needs. We can provide site-specific instructions and will gladly accommodate your organization’s work schedule. Additional information is available at https://aticourses.com.

How do I find out the cost for an on-site seminar?

Call 410-956-8805 or 888-501-2100 and we will give you complete information, including the price for a seminar to be presented at your facility. The prices do vary according to the length of the course and the number of attending students.

Do you offer seminars outside the Washington, DC area?

We do offer our public seminars all over the United States and our on-site seminars can be presented at any location in or outside the United States. If we know there is interest, ATI will be happy to schedule either a public or on-site course in your area.

Registered and can not attend?

Please note our cancellation policy:
(1) A full refund will be provided if at least 14 days notice is given prior to the start of the course.
(2) A $150 cancellation fee will be charged if your cancellation notice (or call) is received at least 4 business days prior to the start of the course.
(3) If less than 4 business days notice is given for cancellation, full course tuition is due. 

(4) Cancellation fees can be avoided by sending a substitute to the course.

What is your refund policy?
